Chicken Schnitzel

Our succulent chicken schnitzel is easy and quick to make! Perfect for your nutritious lunchboxes.

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 ml salt and pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 250 ml flour
  • 45 ml (3 tbsp) ml of Knorrox Garlic & Onion Stock Powder
  • 4 slices of cheese

Directions

  1. Flatten your chicken breasts. Rub them with salt and pepper.

  2. Prepare 3 bowls (one with egg, one with bread crumbs and one with flour). Add stock powder on bread crumbs and flour.

  3. Dip your chicken breasts in flour, egg and bread crumbs, then deep fry for 10 minutes and let them cool off for 2 minutes and add cheese.
